An Irretrievable Loss

An Irretrievable Loss

Seeing our close ones leaving us for others is heart breaking.

  • Our spouse left us for someone else
  • Our top employee poached
  • Our only child abandoned us

Perhaps they defected because of our incapability to fulfill their needs, or there are greener pastures out there.

Whatever it may be, fighting over this will not bring them—at least their souls—back. It is a battle you can’t win. People are not properties. People have free will. People make their own choice.

It behooves you to introspect what went wrong, rather than engross with the resentment.
