Anger Helps

Never demonize any negative emotion. There is no bad emotion.

Even the vengeful hatred has its place. It is one way to prevent suicidal thought and ressentiment when one’s freedom is subjugated or oppressed.

When you are angry, confront your anger. Repressing the emotion because it sounds like a seemly thing to do only makes it stronger. It has to siphon off the hatred through some means, inwards or outwards.
