Detrimental Learning Process

Detrimental Learning Process

When we succeed, we ascribe all the credit to ourselves, our grits, our audacities. We forget to examine other forces that play parts in the winning—luck, timing.

When we fail, we blame others—government policy, economic climate, or virus. We rarely introspect much.

Failing is expensive enough, but not learning from it makes it exorbitant.
