Persist Through Resistance

Persist Through Resistance

After selecting a project to pursue, you inevitably encounter resistance.

  • “I just don’t have time to do this.”
  • “It is too difficult for me.”
  • “I can’t complete it.”

Usually the better the tasks are for you, the higher the resistance, which means you need more willpower to overcome the resistance.

Don’t see resistance as a hindrance; see it as a virtue. It is present in every worthwhile project to separate completers from premature quitters.

Take on tasks that you highly resist, and see how your life unfolds for the better.
