Education and Talent

Education and Talent

Level of education is not a measure of one’s skill. Sadly, the world still recognizes and rewards people with high formal educations, even if the learning is irrelevant to the talents ones are developing. As a result, most people renounce their natural aptitudes because cultivating them will not make them much money (at least now).

And yet, what the world needs is a diversity of contribution from each unique and specialized individual, like you. If everyone aims to pursue only what makes the most money, most of the world’s genetically prescribed abilities are rarely tapped on.

Use formal education as a vessel to refine your gifts, not just to get a degree and access high-paying jobs. A talent that is not nurtured remains latent.
